VP, OEM Sales
RealTruck, Inc.
• Responsible for leading and managing sales efforts to drive growth and achieve revenue targets • Develop senior level relationships with OEM customers and manage all sales staff • Create and implement the sales and expense budget, forecasting, and sales promotions • Collaborate closely with plant general manager to meet customer expectations • Analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required
- 10+ years of outside sales experience and senior management preferred in the automotive segment
- Clear command and knowledge of the OEM systems, processes, and hierarchy
- Extensive experience in developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
