Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Reservation Booking Coordinator. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for exploration and is committed to making a positive impact in the industry. - Manage and coordinate all aspects of reservations for our various adventure packages, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable booking experience for our customers. - Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide information, answer questions, and assist with any concerns regarding their reservations. - Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to regularly update and promote our packages and special offers. - Utilize reservation management software to track bookings, payments, and cancellations accurately. - Work closely with our operations team to ensure that all reservations are confirmed and all necessary arrangements are made for customers' travel needs. - Provide exceptional customer service by efficiently and effectively resolving any issues that may arise before, during, or after a trip. - Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer information to ensure smooth operation and efficient communication between all departments. - Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve the reservation booking experience for both customers and staff. Qualifications - Experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality industry. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in using reservation management software and Microsoft Office. - Ability to work independently and in a team setting. - Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
