You will be responsible for researching and booking flights, accommodations, activities, and other arrangements while also providing exceptional customer service to ensure our clients have a seamless and unforgettable vacation. - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to understand their preferences and budget. - Research and create customized itineraries based on client’s interests and destination. - Book reservations, accommodations, activities, and other arrangements. - Provide pricing and payment information to clients and process payments. - Keep up-to-date with current trends and inform on the destination. - Maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure the best deals and availability for clients. - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire booking process.
