Sales Director
RealTruck, Inc.
• Maintain and grow product sales through all channels and accounts • Manage certain accounts or territories including sales forecast and annual budgeting • Lead, mentor, and inspire collaboration with other directors • Monitor sales trends and maintain product content via retailer portals • Collaborate with other departments like marketing, product development, and customer support • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans and sales strategy • Attend weekly sales and various meetings through phone/virtual means • Achieve targeted sales goals • Oversee sales programs ensuring alignment with customer expectations • Travel regularly for visits to customers and events • Cultivate strong customer relationships • Maintain customer programs, policies, pricing, and promotional activities • Collaborate with engineering team to understand product specifications
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field required
- 8+ years of outside sales experience preferred in automotive segment
- Proven track record of successful sales leadership in the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of engineering principles
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies
- Valid state-issued driver’s license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM Software, ERP Software, Concur or other expenses systems
