Corporate Systems Engineer
Onebrief
• Own endpoint and device management across the environment. Maintain MDM platforms, enforce security baselines, and ensure devices remain compliant, patched, and operational. • Manage SaaS and identity systems, including application lifecycle, access controls, and integrations. Maintain least-privilege access and support audit and compliance requirements. • Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues. Diagnose root causes across endpoints, systems, and integrations, and drive issues through resolution. • Improve system reliability and security through proactive maintenance, configuration hardening, and continuous reduction of operational risk. • Execute changes within defined maintenance windows. Plan, communicate, and implement changes to minimize user impact and maintain system stability.
Job Requirements
- U.S. Citizen
- Ability to pass a background check
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, systems administration, or similar
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred, not required)
- Experience with endpoint management (Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE, or equivalent)
- Experience managing SaaS platforms, SSO, and access control
- Experience with identity providers (Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, or similar)
- Strong troubleshooting across endpoints, OS (Windows, macOS, Linux), networking, and SaaS integrations
- Experience handling escalations and resolving root cause
- Experience executing changes within maintenance windows
- Ability to document systems and processes clearly.
