• Own the engine that makes Shuru visible, credible, and discoverable • Build and scale the inbound lead engine — quality pipeline, not vanity metrics • Run structured experiments across channels • Build SEO strategy: keyword architecture, topical authority, technical hygiene • Improve Shuru's presence in AI-generated answers • Create long-form assets optimized for search and buyer intent • Manage Shuru's LinkedIn company page with a consistent presence • Plan and oversee video content — scripting to distribution • Use AI tools for ideation, drafting, and repurposing • Own the editorial calendar and content ops
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in inbound marketing or growth strategies
- Strong understanding of SEO, LLM, and content marketing
- Proficiency in data analysis and metrics tracking
- Experience managing LinkedIn company profiles
- Skills in video content creation and distribution
- Experience with AI tools for content generation and marketing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and project management skills
