• Build responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript. • Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable frontend components. • Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to convert requirements into polished user experiences. • Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and third-party services. • Implement server-side rendering, static site generation, routing, middleware, and API routes using Next.js. • Optimize applications for speed, SEO, accessibility, and performance. • Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing frontend systems. • Write clean, well-structured code with proper testing and documentation. • Collaborate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices. • Use AI-assisted development tools to improve development speed and quality.

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and business reports for different departments. • Work closely with business users to understand reporting requirements and translate them into clear dashboards and analytics solutions. • Build reports related to trading activity, client performance, sales performance, revenue, deposits, withdrawals, account status, and operational KPIs. • Develop clean and scalable data models in Power BI using Power Query and DAX. • Ensure reports are accurate, consistent, and aligned with business definitions and KPIs. • Support Finance, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Management teams with reporting and data analysis requirements. • Validate data quality and investigate issues related to mismatched numbers, missing data, or incorrect calculations. • Work with data engineering or database teams to understand data sources and improve reporting reliability. • Optimize Power BI reports for better performance, usability, and refresh efficiency. • Document report logic, KPIs, data sources, and business definitions. • Support ad hoc analysis and business requests when required.

• 4+ years of experience in QA automation, SDET, or mobile test automation roles. • Work with Playwright, Appium, Maestro, and React Testing Library. • Write scalable tests using semantic locators and reusable test patterns. • Optimize large test suites through sharding, parallel execution, retries, and rerunning failed suites. • Integrate QA automation into CI/CD pipelines. • Generate nightly QA reports and track test health. • Debug flaky tests and improve test reliability. • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve release quality.

• Own and drive backend architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performing systems. • Design and build complex transactional workflows such as payments, billing, user management, analytics, and integrations. • Lead backend development using Java, Go, Python, or similar backend technologies. • Mentor engineers and provide technical direction across the team. • Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact features. • Ensure code quality through reviews, documentation, best practices, and tooling. • Support infrastructure and DevOps needs, including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud, and monitoring.

• Work with stakeholders to define machine learning solution designs based on cloud services such as Azure and Snowflake. • Design, build, and maintain machine learning pipelines and frameworks to support enterprise analytics, reporting, and product needs. • Collaborate with data science, ML engineering, data quality, and product teams on model deployment architecture and implementation. • Manage, configure, and optimize cloud environments and related machine learning services. • Implement tools and processes for model integration, storage, profiling, monitoring, processing, management, and archival. • Support enterprise-wide model governance, performance tracking, and lifecycle management standards. • Recommend improvements to ML platforms, tools, and development practices to support strategic technology and business objectives. • Work with SaaS vendors and strategic partners to implement and maintain modern machine learning solutions. • Use Agile practices to manage delivery, contribute to project planning, and support successful rollout of ML products. • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into reliable ML operations solutions. • Stay current with emerging MLOps tools, cloud technologies, and best practices to ensure solutions remain scalable, secure, and fit for purpose.

• This is a remote position. • Shuru is a self-managed technology team specializing in accelerating visions through product, technology, and AI leadership. • With a focus on bespoke execution, we deliver impactful solutions that are scalable and designed for success. • At Shuru, we deliver mobile solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations. • Our collaborative and fast-paced environment encourages creativity and innovation. • We are working with a FinTech client in the Indian lending space, building the infrastructure and consumer products that connect borrowers with the right loan from the right lender. • You will own the discovery loop with a portfolio of bank and NBFC partners. • Meet senior product, credit, and operations leaders at partner banks and NBFCs, in person and on calls, to understand their lending workflows, internal constraints, and the gaps in their current integration. • Translate those conversations into clear, prioritized opportunities, the kind that move both the partner's approval rates and customer experience in the same direction. • Co-create solutions with the partner FI, from policy adjustments and API contract changes to entirely new product flows, and shepherd them from idea to live. • Write the requirements, edge cases, and acceptance criteria that the internal product and engineering teams need to build cleanly the first time. • Stay close to the loop after launch, watching adoption, surfacing what is and is not working, and feeding learning back into the next round of solutioning.

• Lead feature development end to end across React-based interfaces and Node.js / Express backend services • Own the frontend architecture: component design, state management, performance, accessibility, and the overall feel of the product • Build and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs, handle data modelling, and keep backend services clean, well-tested, and predictable • Take applications from local environments to production. CI/CD pipelines, environment setup, monitoring, alerting, and incident response sit with you • Review code, mentor the junior engineer on the squad, and set technical direction for the team • Work directly with product stakeholders. Translate ambiguous requirements into shipped work without long handoffs • Use AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) as a core part of your daily workflow, not as an afterthought
