Group Accountant

Connected Manufacturing

Role Description The Group Accountant plays a critical role in the financial operations of Connected Manufacturing, supporting a growing, global organization. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, leading month-end close activities, supporting group consolidation, and strengthening financial controls across multiple entities. This is a hands-on role requiring both technical accounting expertise and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The Group Accountant will partner cross-functionally to provide financial insights, improve processes, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. This position will report directly to the VP of Finance and/or CEO. Qualifications - Familiar with financial-related regulatory requirements - Systems and IT knowledge - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work under pressure - Ability to manage and work collaboratively in a team environment - Attention to detail - Minimum 5+ years of experience in a financial-relevant role, accounting or finance (industry or practice) - Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP exposure preferred) - Experience with month-end close and financial reporting - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with financial systems - High attention to detail with strong organizational skills - Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Oracle NetSuite (or equivalent) - Familiarity with a consulting services company business model Requirements - Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS, technology, manufacturing, or professional services environment - Progress toward or completion of a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) - Experience in a hyper-growth, global organization - Exposure to group consolidation, audits and statutory reporting - Exposure to mergers / acquisitions - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Experience with International Finance and Accounting Standards - Experience supporting multi-entity or group accounting structures Benefits - Salary range: €54K to €77K, with final compensation determined based on experience, education, skills, and market data Company Description Connected Manufacturing is an equal opportunity employer.
