Job Details - Job posting date: March 26, 2026 - Department: Office of the Registrar - Location: Full – Flex Remote position - Classification: Administration - Employment Type: Full-time - Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week - Salary Range: $97,431-$121,788 Key Responsibilities - Accountable for the planning, creation, approval, and delivery of academic timetables in a multi term, multi campus environment. - Direct and oversee the work of Scheduling Officers and Scheduling Coordinator. - Oversee scheduling for Apprenticeship, SCWI, partnerships, CECT, and other ad hoc activity. - Accountable for the assessment, implementation, and optimization of scheduling technologies. - Establish and approve processes for scheduling exceptions. - Serve as the primary escalation point for complex scheduling and space issues. - Accountable for the implementation of approved curriculum each term. - Accountable for the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of tuition and fee assessment rules. - Oversee the college’s student fee structures and ancillary fee processes. - Assess and manage compliance risk associated with curriculum and fee implementation. - Establish and enforce consistent record management practices. - Ensure curriculum and fee implementation does not jeopardize MCURES funding. - Analyze and forecast classroom, lab, and specialized space needs. - Produce and oversee term-based space utilization reporting. - Assess trends, constraints, and impacts of capital projects on scheduling capacity. - Share analysis and recommendations with RO leadership, Facilities Management, IT, and academic leaders. - Upgrades/implementations of Infosilem scheduling applications. - Document business requirements, map processes, and coordinate testing and implementation activities. - Represent the portfolio on internal project teams and working groups. - Provide leadership and direct supervision to Scheduling Officers and Compliance and Fees staff. - Build a collaborative, high performing team culture. - Contribute to the development and monitoring of the operating budget for the portfolio. - Act as backup to other RO managers during absences. Qualifications - Successfully completed a three-year diploma / degree, preferably in business administration or education-based programs. - Seven years combined experience in team lead, project leadership, supervisory and/or management experience in a post-secondary environment. - Experience with a student information system, preferably Banner. - Strong skills in analysis, trends, troubleshooting big data sets. - Demonstrated ability to effectively manage both human and financial resources. - Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. - Demonstrated ability to work well within strict timelines. - Superior computer skills using software such as Microsoft Office, Cognos, Power Q/BI. - A collaborative management style with the ability to supervise and train staff. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with staff, faculty, and administration. - Ability to make sound, evidence-based decisions. - Ability to improvise, analyze and troubleshoot to resolve a variety of issues. Americas Site Identification & Evaluation - Identify, evaluate, and advance data center opportunities across the U.S. and the Americas markets. Support the development of the metro strategy by assessing power availability, scalability, costs, permitting, tax incentives, and regional risk. - Coordinate early technical and commercial feasibility reviews with internal stakeholders.
