About the RoleWe’re looking for a Security Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead Webflow’s Security program and drive collaboration across different teams in Webflow and Security. This role blends technical understanding with program leadership — ensuring key projects across information security, across the spectrum of security operations, application security, compliance and specifically vulnerability management. You should have experience with vulnerabilities to ensure they are identified, tracked, triaged, prioritized, and remediated efficiently. As the Security TPM, you will own and coordinate initiatives that scale Webflow’s security processes, reduce risk and better manage Webflow’s attack surface. Your responsibilities will span from direct program ownership to broader cross-team enablement. - Coordinate security-wide planning across teams — tracking dependencies, aligning on priorities, and maintaining roadmap visibility. - Lead the end-to-end Vulnerability Management lifecycle, from discovery to remediation. - Manage stakeholder communication, and cross-functional alignment. Partner with Engineering to ensure vulnerability ownership, ticket quality, and remediation clarity. - Experience with AI tooling and workflow automation to better drive efficiency. - Maintain and improve Jira workflows for vulnerability and security ticketing. - Develop and publish vulnerability metrics and dashboards for visibility and accountability. - Identify and resolve process bottlenecks; drive continuous improvement in the vulnerability lifecycle. - Collaborate with SMEs in AppSec and SecDevOps to maintain full scanning and tooling coverage (e.g., Socket, container scanning, SCA). - Maintain VM documentation, operating procedures, and readiness for audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001). - Identify opportunities for automation or reporting enhancements that scale VM effectiveness. About you You’ll thrive as a Senior Security TPM if you: - BA/BS degree or equivalent experience - Have 3-4 years of program or project management experience in technical domains such as security, infrastructure, or DevOps. - Have experience coordinating cross-functional delivery between engineering, security, and operations teams. - Are comfortable working with vulnerability management tools and workflows (e.g., Socket, container scanning, SCA, Jira). - Have strong organizational skills. Title: Part-Time Evening Circulation Supervisor Location: San Antonio Tx United States The Part Time Circulation Supervisor will foster a welcoming, safe, and inclusive learning environment at the Sarita Kenedy East Law Library by circulating materials, staffing circulation desk, managing study rooms, and acting as a liaison with University police to resolve and report safety or security concerns. This position works evenings and weekend and works together with the daytime circulation supervisor to manage the part-time student employees. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Works the circulation desk during evening and weekends which involves assisting patrons by answering questions, locating library materials, conducting library and internet research, helping patrons who use the computers, and managing study rooms. - Assists with supervising student workers by providing individual training, scheduling, coordinating staffing needs, ensuring work is carried out appropriately and evaluating work as necessary. - Resolves patron issues or complaints, escalating issues as needed; reports security or safety concerns to University Police as necessary. - Shelves books, periodicals, and other materials; assists with Loose Leaf filing. - Provides media services assistance (sets up audio/visual, computer and other presentation equipment) - Keeps the media and audio/visual equipment in good working order. - Assumes responsibility for the building and secures the building at closing time; performs regular rounds of the library to monitor the safety and security of patrons, collections, University property and the facility. - Requires and maintains professionalism of all library patrons including maintaining a neat, quiet study environment, may remind patrons of Library rules. - Secures and closes the library and carries out all closing procedures by performing door counts, making final rounds of library, securing doors and ensuring all closing/departure procedures are followed. - Assists with rearranging tables, chairs, furniture in the library and may provide general maintenance and sanitizing for appearance and ensuring everything in good repair. - Provides support with various clerical tasks that assist with the delivery of customer service to patrons. - Participates in departmental shared tasks, assignments and projects as required. - Performs other duties as assigned.
