• Position Procore's Professional Services offerings through value-based selling by tailoring recommended services to customer needs and outcomes • Generate and approve the scope and cost of professional services engagements to ensure financial and operational alignment • Create Statement of Works (SOWs) and Amendments by acting as a technical expert for both customers and internal teams • Collaborate with Services Delivery partners to co-scope engagements, ensuring alignment on solution design and successful delivery • Propose solutions that transform the business and organizational culture of prospective customers by highlighting specific service benefits • Assist Sales teams on new business opportunities by building proposals for RFPs and designing custom service solutions • Drive customer satisfaction by working closely with clients during the sales cycle to ensure their business needs are addressed • Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to improve service offerings and support methods

• Lead a team of Full stack Platform Engineers in a technical lead capacity • Set direction, make architectural decisions, and guide implementation • Design and oversee the China CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) solution • Evaluate and integrate a China-compatible identity provider ensuring seamless integration with WSA's global identity architecture

• Architect scalable solutions across projects within Nagarro's Life Sciences Business Unit. • Actively contribute to proposal building, bid preparation, and client presentations for global clients. • Define overall system architecture (microservices, event-driven, etc.) • Choose technology stack (languages, frameworks, databases) • Create high-level design diagrams and technical specifications. • Leverage AI in the solution proposals. • Guide development teams on best practices, including usage of AI. • Review code and ensure architectural alignment. • Ensure system meets: Scalability, Performance, Security, Reliability. • Define standards for logging, monitoring, and error handling. • Work with Product and Project managers, Business stakeholders, DevOps and QA Management. • Translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Define coding standards and architectural guidelines, considering AI processes. • Identify technical risks early and make trade-offs between cost, speed, and quality.
