Role Description Dia a dia como Analista de Compras Júnior - Foco em Dados e IA na Cora: - Operação ERP Matera: Executar 100% dos cadastros de pedidos de compras, e atualização de cadastros gerais, garantindo o saneamento de dados e a taxonomia correta para compras, tesouraria, contabilidade e FP&A. - Gestão de Viagens: Apoiar no report de gastos para prover insights à gestão. - Demandas de Compras: executar processo de cotação ponta a ponta para compra de giro rápido (kits, brindes, mochila, itens de escritório, freelancer, patrocinio de eventos, compra de vouchers, serviço para evento contadores, placas de premiação). Realizar negociações focadas em saving e prazo de entrega, garantindo o melhor custo-benefício para a Cora. - Treinamento de Fornecedores: Organizar o treinamento bianual regulatório exigidos pelo BACEN, operando a plataforma de IA (Lovable) para escala e gestão de certificados. - Compliance & Reporting: Preparar outputs de dados e relatórios de gestão de acessos para envio ao Banco Central (Bacen). - Foco em IA: Utilizar ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial para automatizar processos manuais, reduzir SLAs e melhorar a visibilidade de custos relacionados a gestão de viagens. Qualifications - Formação superior cursando ou concluída em Administração, Engenharia, Economia ou áreas correlatas. - Perfil Data-oriented: capacidade de gerar relatórios para compliance (Bacen) e monitorar KPIs de SLAs. - Hands-on & Ágil: Foco em demandas de giro rápido (Coraliados) e na higienização de dados para o novo ERP. - Curiosidade Tecnológica: Buscamos alguém que não apenas use IA, mas que ajude a automatizar processos de cadastro e triagem. - Visão de Processo: Conseguir enxergar como um erro ou uma demora em uma das etapas do processo impacta a ponta final. - Excel avançado ou conhecimento em ferramentas de BI.
