Role Description We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Engineer (Front end Web development) who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. As a core member of the dev and design team, you will play a significant role in translating design mock-ups into outstanding user experiences. You will work closely with product designers and the frontend team to help establish a consistent user experience and vision for our product suite. - Explore and design dynamic and compelling user experiences. - Build next-generation web applications which are efficient, reusable front-end abstractions and systems. - Work closely with designers to implement versatile front-end solutions while embracing emerging standards and pushing the limits of what a browser can do. - Actively participate in design and code reviews to build robust applications and prototypes. - Analyse system function and performance requirements to support design concepts. - Work closely with Product managers, UX designers, and back-end engineers to implement frontend solutions. - Endorse upcoming standards, launching, iterating, and making a difference. Qualifications - 5 to 7 years of Experience with Bachelor's/Master's degree in a quantitative field. - Commanding grasp of HTML5, CSS3, Angular 10 and ability to write good semantic and accessible HTML. - Understanding of CSS pre-processors like SASS or LESS. - Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, libraries. - Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX. - Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them. - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. - Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them. - Demonstrated design and UX sensibilities. Familiarity with interaction design & information architecture. Requirements - It is a remote (Work from home) position.
