Roles and Responsibilities: - Annotate and label various types of data (e.g., text, images) according to specified guidelines and requirements. - Ensure high-quality annotations and data labeling that meet accuracy and consistency standards through rigorous Quality Control processes. - Develop and implement Quality Control measures and procedures for annotated data. - Collaborate with the data science and engineering teams to understand annotation requirements and contribute to the improvement of annotation processes. - Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining the quality and accuracy of annotated data. - Report issues or inconsistencies in the data and suggest improvements in annotation guidelines or tools. - Maintain proper documentation and records of annotated data and processes. Qualification/Requirements: - Proven experience in data annotation, preferably in a QC-focused role. - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in annotation tasks. - Familiarity with annotation tools and software. - Excellent understanding of annotation guidelines and specifications. - Ability to communicate effectively and provide clear feedback to annotation teams. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet QC deadlines. - Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and address QC issues effectively. - Having good hands-on experience in SQL and Python is a plus. Job Description This position is responsible for the creation of new Hypersonix customers and establishing positive relationships with potential customers to achieve sales targets. The job includes active sales prospecting/hunting, lead cultivation, qualifying prospective new clients, arranging for software demonstrations to validate our fit, and coordinating with other experts on the team including product specialists, and management to win business. Primarily an inside sales role, this position plays a critical part in expanding Hypersonix’s market presence, particularly among medium and large-sized businesses (SMBs) within our target industries, including retail, restaurants, eCommerce, and hospitality. Your Responsibilities - Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities to drive sales growth. - Represent Hypersonix’s products and services, leveraging in-depth knowledge and market insights to demonstrate how our solutions address customer needs. - Refine and optimize the company’s lead-generation strategies by identifying best practices. - Implement annual sales and client account plans to meet revenue and relationship goals, as guided by the VP of Sales. - Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with key customers to drive new and ongoing business opportunities. - Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer challenges, providing strategic recommendations based on industry insights. - Accurately manage customer records, sales forecasts, expense plans, budgets, and other relevant data. - Develop and review sales proposals, ROI analyses, professional service estimates, and invoices. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Development and Finance, to ensure both customer and company objectives are met. - Effectively utilize a sales development platform to execute outreach through calls, emails, and social engagement. This is a client-facing role focused on ensuring successful adoption and value realization of our SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will come from a strong analytics background, possess hands-on skills in SQL and Python or R, and have experience working with dashboarding tools. Prior experience in eCommerce or retail domains is a strong plus. Responsibilities: - Own post-sale customer relationship and act as the primary technical point of contact. - Drive product adoption and usage through effective onboarding, training, and ongoing support. - Work closely with clients to understand business goals and align them with product capabilities. - Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and data teams to deliver solutions and enhancements tailored to client needs. - Analyze customer data and usage trends to proactively identify opportunities and risks. - Build dashboards or reports for customers using internal tools or integrations. - Lead business reviews, share insights, and communicate value delivered. - Support customers in configuring rules, data integrations, and troubleshooting issues. - Drive renewal and expansion by ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering measurable outcomes. Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solution Consulting role in a SaaS or software product company. - Strong SQL skills and working experience with Python or R. - Experience with dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar. - Understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and data modeling. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proven track record of managing mid to large enterprise clients. - Experience in eCommerce, retail, or consumer-facing businesses is highly desirable. - Ability to translate technical details into business context and vice versa. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, or related field. - This is a remote job Nice to Have: - Exposure to machine learning workflows, recommendation systems, or pricing analytics. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). - Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

You will work closely with product designers and the frontend team to help establish a consistent user experience and vision for our product suite. - Explore and design dynamic and compelling user experiences. - Build next-generation web applications which are efficient, reusable front-end abstractions and systems. - Work closely with designers to implement versatile front-end solutions while embracing emerging standards and pushing the limits of what a browser can do. - Actively participate in design and code reviews to build robust applications and prototypes. - Analyse system function and performance requirements to support design concepts. - Work closely with Product managers, UX designers, and back-end engineers to implement frontend solutions. - Endorse upcoming standards, launching, iterating, and making a difference. Qualifications - 5 to 7 years of Experience with Bachelor's/Master's degree in a quantitative field. - Commanding grasp of HTML5, CSS3, Angular 10 and ability to write good semantic and accessible HTML. - Understanding of CSS pre-processors like SASS or LESS. - Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, libraries. - Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX. - Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them. - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. - Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them. - Demonstrated design and UX sensibilities.
