• Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns and events that align with business objectives and drive customer acquisition and retention. • Manage content strategy, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars and social media, to reinforce Arine’s brand voice and thought leadership. • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and optimize the customer journey. • Analyze marketing performance metrics and leverage insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI. • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure Arine remains an innovator in the space.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or technology
  • Strong understanding of demand generation and content marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a passion for brand building
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that values innovation and adaptability.
  • Deep, applied knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem in the U.S.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills with an eye for detail
  • Independent problem solver with strong analytic abilities
  • Self starter with success working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
