We’re looking for candidates with experience in healthcare billing and insurance claims processing, particularly HCFA/CMS-1500 and UB-04 forms, Medicaid billing workflows, reconciliation, and accurate invoice handling. A strong background in bookkeeping/accounting and high attention to detail are essential for this role. This role requires strong attention to detail, solid US bookkeeping experience, and confidence working with complex financial records. The VA Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting payroll and billing processes, and assisting with financial dashboard preparation. This role includes hands-on, detailed work and may involve long-form corrective or catch-up projects.
