Role Description Lead the delivery of large-scale CPQ and revenue lifecycle implementations for strategic enterprise accounts. This role owns end-to-end execution — aligning with senior client stakeholders, leading a dedicated development team of 4+ resources, and ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and at a high standard of quality. You are accountable for translating complex revenue lifecycle, pricing, and contract management requirements into structured delivery plans and scalable system solutions. You will drive a continuous sprint-based delivery model, coordinating across parallel workstreams including platform development and data migration to ensure alignment and delivery coherence. Qualifications - 6+ years in SaaS implementation, CPQ delivery, revenue lifecycle management, or revenue systems consulting. - Experience leading enterprise software implementations with full ownership of backlog management, roadmap alignment, sprint planning, and stakeholder governance (Product Management and/or Project Management background strongly preferred). - Strong understanding of CPQ logic, pricing models, subscription billing, contract lifecycle management, mid-term contract revisions, revenue lifecycle processes (quote-to-cash, renewals, amendments, revenue recognition), and financial workflows. - Experience coordinating data migration workstreams alongside platform development — including source data validation, migration sequencing, and post-migration stabilization. - Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns (APIs, webhooks, event-driven architectures) and the ability to govern integration quality across upstream and downstream systems. - Technical fluency to review architecture, integrations, and development output. - Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments using Jira-managed sprint cadences, story point estimation, and continuous delivery models. - Experience managing teams of 3-6 developers with direct delivery accountability. - Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations — including the ability to push back on scope expansion and protect delivery integrity. - Proven ability to integrate AI tools into delivery workflows to streamline documentation, refine requirements, accelerate solution design, and increase overall implementation velocity. Requirements - Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise CPQ and revenue lifecycle implementations across platform enhancement and data migration workstreams. - Lead and coordinate a dedicated development team of 3-5 resources, providing technical direction, sprint oversight, and delivery accountability. - Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization within a continuous 2-week sprint cadence using Jira — aligning platform enhancement work to migration milestones and evolving business priorities. - Partner with client stakeholders (VP/Director level) to clarify requirements, manage scope, and drive alignment. - Translate pricing models, discount structures, contract lifecycle logic, mid-term amendment workflows, revenue lifecycle processes, and financial calculations into actionable build requirements. - Coordinate data migration activities alongside platform development to ensure sequencing, dependencies, and integration points are managed holistically. - Review solution designs and technical approaches to ensure scalability and integrity. - Proactively identify and manage delivery risks — including scope creep and cross-workstream dependencies. - Ensure sprint commitments, delivery milestones, and quality standards are consistently met. - Provide weekly status reporting and monthly business reviews to client leadership.
