Job Requirements
- 2+ years of software implementation support experience.
- 5+ years of experience in client or key stakeholder interaction.
- 5+ years of work experience in a corporate setting.
- Candidates must possess the Braze Onboarding Consultant certification.
- Platform experience with Iterable, Braze, Sailthru, Cordial, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Responsys, Cheetahmail, Simondata, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with cross-functional teams, including engineers, executives, and stakeholders.
- Possesses mastery of communication, organization, and project coordination with a proven track record of effective routing and handoff.
- Ability to consult with customers on their marketing use case in order to advise on the set-up and execution of their program in the platform.
- Has strong email etiquette and can communicate with testing, QA, and updates directly with clients.
- Familiarity with JSON or SQL.
- Ability to clearly articulate/present technical topics to a non-technical audience.
- Has excellent attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Is a people person and has a good attitude, friendly, and thrives in a team environment.
- Is a self-starter and motivated.
- Has worked in project management tools (Asana, Monday, Wrike, Trello).
