Pre-Sales/Solutions Consultant, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud

• Enable sales team from a solution perspective in pre-sales discussions and demonstrations. • Support delivery team in achieving client successes. • Collaborate with regions to articulate SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions. • Provide a superior customer service experience to users. • Leverage Vision33 and SAP tools, services, methodologies, and best practices to support successful transformation solutioning and client sales cycles. • Understand root cause business challenges and architect a solution vision during the pre-sales cycle. • Be an evangelist for the S/4HANA Public Cloud solution and articulate the transformation vision for clients. • Provide technical guidance and advisory services during pre-sales discussions. • Build trusted relationships with customers and provide appropriate guidance to internal SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud team. • Drive superior customer service experience and high-quality customer engagements. • Ownership of corporate messaging both internally and externally.
• Lead and support workstreams on cloud ERP implementations, helping clients adopt fit-to-standard processes with an outcome-led delivery approach. • Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into scalable cloud-based solutions. • Configure and optimise processes across a wide range of operational areas, aligned to client goals and standard solution capabilities. • Support clients through training, testing, go-live readiness, and post-go-live adoption to drive fast time to value. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader project scope, where needed. • Contribute to presales, effort estimations, and internal knowledge sharing as the practice continues to grow.
• Lead full-cycle SAP Business One implementations, upgrades, and migrations for brewery and distillery customers • Guide clients through business process improvements and identify system gaps and optimization opportunities • Build strong customer relationships through ongoing consultation and problem-solving • Configure solutions, create documentation and reports, and support successful rollouts • Collaborate with internal teams and support sales initiatives when needed • Contribute ideas for product enhancements and continuous innovation
• Manage and develop relationships with an established portfolio of SAP Business One clients across Eastern U.S. • Inherit and develop an established portfolio of ERP clients, focusing on strengthening relationships, expanding solutions, and identifying new opportunities that support client growth. • Act as a trusted advisor, working closely with client executives and operational leaders to understand their evolving business priorities and identify solutions that support their growth. • Primary relationship owner and trusted advisor for assigned clients, building trusted partnerships with executive and operational stakeholders. • Regularly engage with CFOs, CIOs, and operational leadership teams, helping them align technology investments with long-term business strategy. • Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts by aligning Vision33 solutions with client business objectives and regional ARR targets. • Develop and execute structured account plans that support both client success and regional revenue goals. • Ensure long-term client success by proactively managing relationships, addressing challenges, and aligning internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, account forecasting, and performance reporting to support regional growth targets. • Work closely with consulting, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure clients receive maximum value from Vision33’s solutions and services.
• Deploy AWS environments for SAP & SAGE clients • Configure and support web and application services (IIS, Apache, Nginx) and file/print services • Lead go-live migrations, including after-hour cutovers • Document build processes, adhere to policies, develop and maintain procedural documentation, and support continuous improvement • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful builds and deployments • Monitor system and database backups to ensure processes are running as expected • Complete environmental restorations and server maintenance • Respond to security events and resolve issues • Identify potential issues and drive proactive solutions
• Day to day management of the Implementation team by providing direction and mentorship and ensuring all staff maintain high levels of client satisfaction and service across multiple industries. • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. • Build and nurture client relationships and serve as the voice of the client to internal teams along with working to drive continual improvement in the Net Promoter Score (NPS) within the US region. • Work closely with CRM's to develop new and incremental opportunities for Vision33’s service delivery team, including quoting and estimating. • Partner with the sales organization to ensure accurate proposal estimation and costing. • Manage multiple complex SAP B1 program engagements and team resources. • Monitor project implementation, scope, and accounts receivables. • Proactively pinpoint challenges and opportunities with our clients while serving as a strategic escalation point for clients to ensure solution-oriented thinking and a world-class client experience. • Ensure successful employee engagement through HR and administrative ownership. • Work collaboratively within the assigned region and various other global internal teams across Vision33.
• Development and execution of net-new software sales • Demand forecasting, and ongoing prospect engagement to ensure deep and rich pipeline of opportunities • Execute on Vision33's sales strategy to ensure targets are met and exceeded, while also delivering on sales forecasts in line with overall business objectives • Ensure maximum effectiveness in conveying Vision33’s full product and service offering(s) to ensure prospects fully understand, and are attracted to, our proposed solution(s) and partnership • Responsible for prospecting new clients, responding to questions concerning the company’s solutions, providing product quotes and solution offerings/options • Maintain accurate and current reporting/monitoring/updating on activities and progress • Meet established monthly and yearly sales quota/target(s) • Articulation and presentation of proposed solutions through in-person sales presentations.
