• You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining the systems and tooling that keep our teams moving fast and secure. • You’ll work closely with stakeholders across all of Reverse Tech, contributing to our mission of improving lives and changing the world through innovative digital solutions. • Your mission: make “IT just works” a reality across the entire company – through smart automation, clean infrastructure, and proactive improvements rather than reactive fixes. • You’ll own the systems that let every team at Reverse Tech focus on what matters. • This is a hands-on role for someone who sees a manual process and immediately thinks about how to automate it.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues • Assist with network configuration, monitoring, and maintenance • Manage DNS settings, domain configurations, and network services • Support server setup, maintenance, and monitoring • Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) or similar identity management platforms • Ensure basic cybersecurity practices and system protection are implemented • Prepare IT reports and documentation for system status and technical issues • Conduct basic IT orientation or training for staff when needed
