HCM Solutions Architect
Alpha Omega
• Design and lead Workday HCM implementations, ensuring technical and functional alignment with business goals • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure data integrity, testing system changes, report writing, and analysis of data flows for process improvement • Define Workday HCM architecture and business processes • Provide strategic direction on Workday implementations and enhancements • Oversee tenant configuration, security, and integration architecture • Collaborate with HR and IT leaders to drive Workday adoption
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- Federal agency requires US Citizenship
- 10+ years of overall technical experience, working with ERP systems in an enterprise level environment
- 5+ years of Workday HCM implementation and solution design experience
- Expertise in Core HCM, Talent, Compensation, and Security
- Experience leading large-scale Workday deployments
- Required Workday Certification(s)
- Workday Solution Architect Certification (preferred)
- Federal Workday implementation experience (preferred)
