• Lead, develop, and retain a team of 10+ software engineers; set goals, grow careers, and foster a healthy, inclusive, high-performance culture. • Own multi-quarter roadmaps for core Serving surfaces (e.g., Dispatching and Assignments, Geospatial/Mapping, Service Options, Shopper Pay/Consumer Pricing, ML Foundations), delivering measurable reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency improvements. • Partner closely with Logistics Foundations and adjacent Logistics teams to design platform capabilities and interfaces that unlock experimentation, speed, and long-term maintainability. • Engage deeply in technical design and execution—review designs and code, drive architectural decisions, define SLOs, establish observability standards, and oversee on-call and incident response. • Collaborate with PMs, data scientists, and enterprise partners to shape sustainable retailer customizations and marketplace policies that drive growth and operational efficiency. • Prioritize and manage inbound requests across a horizontal surface area, creating clarity, sequencing complex programs, and delivering outcomes in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.

• Responsible for leading engineering teams that design, build, and scale the core Loan management and servicing platform. • Define strategy, priorities, and execution plans for engineering teams working on the Loans product line. • Partner with the Product to set roadmaps, balance innovation with stability, and ensure product-market fit. • Hire, mentor, and grow engineering managers, technical leads and senior engineers. • Ensure Loans & core lending platforms are scalable, resilient, and extensible for future growth. • Define and track KPIs (system reliability, velocity, customer satisfaction, compliance adherence). • Drive initiatives to improve engineering processes, CI/CD pipelines, developer productivity, and overall team effectiveness.

• Lead the Software Engineering & Delivery (SEE) team to build and deliver high-quality AI solutions for clients • Ensure technical operational uniformity across all project teams by establishing and enforcing engineering standards, best practices, and tooling • Drive delivery effectiveness through process innovation, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement • Act as the technical bridge between SEE, Project Management, and Product Engineering teams to ensure seamless alignment on project execution, technical decisions, and product roadmap integration
