• Lead and mentor a multinational team of mobile and backend engineers. • Provide hands-on technical guidance in Swift, Kotlin/Java, or C#/.NET as needed. • Partner with the Sprint Manager to align engineering efforts with sprint goals and release timelines. • Ensure engineering output meets quality standards and contributes to a consistent release cadence.
