Role Description Wizippo is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting top talent to our company by managing the end-to-end recruitment process. You will work closely with hiring managers across various departments to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your ability to identify, engage, and evaluate candidates will contribute directly to the growth and success of Wizippo. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for finding the right fit for both the company and candidates. You will also play a key role in maintaining a positive candidate experience and building a strong employer brand. Responsibilities - Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles. - Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting job ads to onboarding new hires. - Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate applicants to ensure alignment with company culture and role requirements. - Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. - Promote Wizippo’s employer brand through various platforms and recruitment events. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the technology or software industry. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple open positions simultaneously. - Ability to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit accurately. - A proactive approach and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
