Role Description The Performance Analyst, Mid monitors and analyzes the performance of enterprise IT systems and services to ensure they meet defined service levels and user experience expectations in a mission-critical federal environment. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. - 4–7 years of experience in IT operations, systems engineering, or data analytics with a demonstrated focus on performance monitoring and analysis. - Proven practical experience with performance analysis tools and platforms such as Splunk, SolarWinds, or similar observability solutions in enterprise environments. - Solid understanding of root cause analysis, problem-solving techniques, performance metrics, and improvement strategies, with demonstrated application in complex IT systems. - Active SECRET security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain required clearance. - U.S. citizenship required. - Availability for remote work with travel of less than 10%.
