Role Description The Remote Sr. Representative, Compliance supports the organization’s Compliance Program by executing day-to-day activities related to auditing and monitoring, issue management, and compliance related activities, initiatives and training. Role Description The Remote Coding and Documentation Specialist, under the supervision of the Coding & Documentation Supervisor, is responsible for ensuring high quality accurate medical record documentation reviews, coding reviews, training, and education for Forefront physicians, NP’s, and PA’s. This individual must have strong communication and critical thinking skills. Dedication to consistent professionalism and teamwork is required. - Conducts coding and documentation audits across general and surgical dermatology, plastic surgery, and pathology services. - Analyzes data, identifies trends, determines root causes, and implements corrective action plans to mitigate compliance and financial risk. - Interprets and applies complex coding regulations (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) and payer guidelines, exercising independent judgment to resolve ambiguous or high-risk coding scenarios. - Serves as a subject matter expert by advising providers and leadership on coding practices, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements. - Designs and delivers targeted education programs for physicians and advanced practice providers based on audit findings, risk areas, and organizational priorities. - Develops and maintains coding procedures, policies, and training materials to ensure alignment with evolving regulatory and payer requirements. - Supports revenue cycle operations by resolving complex coding issues, including claim edits, denials, and appeals, and escalating compliance risks as appropriate. - Supports onboarding and integration of new practices, including due diligence coding assessments, and provides actionable recommendations to improve operational, compliance, and financial outcomes. Role Description The Medical Support Representative supports Forefront Dermatology clinics in a remote, contact center environment by providing efficient clinical intake, accurate scheduling, and exceptional service to patients and care teams. Role Description The Remote Sr. Director Marketing (Clinic/Local Marketing and Media Relations) role requires a strategic and highly collaborative professional who effectively partners with both field and clinical stakeholders, including the Chief Medical Officer, Chief Operations Officer, regional operations leaders, clinical leaders, and local operators to drive revenue growth. Overview Under the direction of the VP of Operations, the Remote Senior Director of Medical Aesthetic Operations and Market Development is responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability for medical-aesthetic services (primarily non-surgical) across all practices. Through the development and implementation of key initiatives relating to Medical Aesthetic operations, including cost control, vendor relations, education & training, development of existing and new service lines, reporting & analysis, and events, this role will contribute to platform growth. The Position will have business & financial (non-clinical) oversight of all medical-aesthetics service lines, including injectables, lasers, plastics, retail, and related spa services. This role will rely heavily on strong communication, innovation, leadership, and the ability to drive results through influence to increase revenue and all profitability metrics while increasing provider satisfaction and excellence in patient outcomes. Responsibilities Essential Functions - Drive revenue growth in Medical Aesthetics and retail sectors, managing inventory costs and fostering EBITDA growth across the company and at clinic/practice levels.
