Role Description Le chargé de compte principal (Sales Account Executive) détient la responsabilité globale de la relation avec nos clients les plus importants. Il est véritablement le « visage » d’Equifax. Cette personne travaille avec ses clients pour identifier leurs points critiques, élaborer et proposer des solutions qui apportent de la valeur (augmentation des revenus, optimisation de l'efficacité, amélioration de la satisfaction et de la fidélité de la clientèle). Elle s’assure également que le déploiement de ces solutions génère les résultats escomptés par les institutions financières avec lesquelles elle interagit. Responsibilities - Établir de manière proactive et élargir les relations avec les clients cadres existants et nouveaux au sein des portefeuilles assignés. - Identifier de nouvelles opportunités et gérer le cycle de vente, de la découverte à l'exécution du contrat et à la livraison. - Travailler au sein d'un environnement d'équipe pour fournir des perspectives et un leadership éclairé basés sur la compréhension des objectifs clients et des plans stratégiques alignés sur nos données et nos principales offres de produits. - Maintenir une gouvernance de vente rigoureuse sur toutes les activités et faire preuve d'un professionnalisme et d'une réactivité exceptionnels. - Atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de manière constante et prévoir tout défi bien avant qu'il ne survienne. Qualifications - 7 à 10 ans d'expérience pertinente dans la vente aux grandes entreprises. - Connaissance approfondie du secteur des services financiers et de ses enjeux au Canada. - Expérience dans les services d'information et/ou le marketing, ainsi que dans la gestion du crédit et des risques. - Expérience de travail au sein d'une équipe matricielle, capacité à générer des résultats et à communiquer des concepts complexes pour influencer les autres à adopter un point de vue différent. - Réseau externe au sein de l'industrie pour favoriser l'influence et la crédibilité. - Capacité à utiliser des compétences de pensée critique sophistiquées pour résoudre des problèmes et mener des négociations complexes. - Capacité à synthétiser les enjeux et à garder son calme sous pression lors d'interactions avec des cadres supérieurs. What could set you apart - Diplôme de niveau maîtrise (Master). - Solide compréhension des capacités infonuagiques (Cloud) et de l'activation de la transformation numérique. - Expérience de travail et/ou de vente auprès des grands fournisseurs de services financiers canadiens. - Capacités exceptionnelles en relations interpersonnelles et en communication. - Maîtrise des meilleures pratiques Salesforce. • Hunt inside assigned accounts and prospect into divisions, teams, and workflows where Autodesk has no presence, creating new Fusion conversations from scratch • Drive Fusion deals end to end as the primary seller or co sell with the Midmarket AE, depending on the opportunity • Build coordinated account strategies with Midmarket AEs and execute aggressive joint plays • Multi thread across engineering, operations, manufacturing, R&D, and IT to find pain fast, build champions, and create deal momentum • Lead powerful customer conversations around Fusion’s cloud native, AI driven platform and the measurable outcomes it delivers • Work with Fusion technical sellers to deliver sharp demos, validate requirements, and shape solution alignment • Maintain elite pipeline hygiene, tight qualification standards, and accurate forecasting in Salesforce • Leverage modern sales tools like Outreach, Consensus, and Gong to increase velocity, sharpen messaging, and improve performance • Capture what works.
