Role Description The Sr. Analyst, Customer Business Planning, works closely with the NA sales teams in all aspects of the sales planning process with a strong focus on sales forecasting and analyzing revenue / trade positions vs targets across all brands in the Hain portfolio. This role reports to the Director, Customer Business Planning, and has a high level of internal cross-functional visibility. - Leads the development of the monthly / annual revenue forecast based on consumption trends, new item launches, shopper marketing initiatives, feature activities and competitive impactors - Continuously monitors forecast and proactively adjusts model assumptions - Facilitates the monthly customer cross-functional consensus forecast alignment process - Tracks customer’s month-to-date sales pacing and forecasting accuracy vs locked plan - Monitors the entry and maintenance of promotional plans in the Hain Trade Management system - Monitors customer’s budget vs. actual trade pacing and leads root cause analysis with the local Team to understand variance drivers - Facilitates risk and opportunity tracking - Leads the reconciliation process between Hain internal reporting software - Assists with reporting development - Assists with scenario planning analysis - Assists with customer level pricing and promotion strategy deployment - Recommends and implements process improvements to increase efficiency and simplification within the sales planning process - Actively participates in best practice sharing with Sales Planning peer set Qualifications - Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in sales analytics, trade management, or related capacity - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing or equivalent - Self-motivated with strong analytical / problem solving skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization - Ability to become expert in internal sales reporting software - Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple priorities and strong attention to detail - Computer skills including MS Office programs with advanced skills in Excel - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (verbal/writing) effectively - Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas - Preferred knowledge of the Consumer Product Goods Industry Requirements - Travel Requirements: None - Physical Conditions: Primarily office‑ or remote‑based, requiring prolonged periods on computer systems. - Work Environment: Remote Benefits - $83,000 - $106,000 / year USD (commensurate with experience and location) - Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision Coverage - Flexible spending accounts - Disability coverage - Life insurance - Critical illness and accident insurance - Legal and identity protection insurance - Pet insurance - Employee assistance program - Commuter benefits - Tuition assistance - Adoption assistance - 401(k) - PTO - Parental Leave

Role Description We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Moosehead Breweries Ready-to-Drink (RTD) portfolio on a national scale. This role can be based remotely within Canada or in Toronto, Ontario. This role is responsible for developing and optimizing reporting structures, leading national pricing strategy and oversight, and managing variable budget analysis to ensure investments deliver maximum commercial impact.
