Role Description We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Moosehead Breweries Ready-to-Drink (RTD) portfolio on a national scale. This role can be based remotely within Canada or in Toronto, Ontario. This role is responsible for developing and optimizing reporting structures, leading national pricing strategy and oversight, and managing variable budget analysis to ensure investments deliver maximum commercial impact. In addition, this role provides leadership and coaching to a Business Analyst, fostering strong analytical capabilities and supporting their professional development. The position partners with marketing, sales, finance, and leadership teams to translate complex data into actionable insights that support business growth. This role will report directly to the Sr. Director, Partner Brands. Responsibilities - Design and implement standardized reporting frameworks that improve visibility into business performance across RTD brands, channels, and regions. - Develop dashboards and performance tracking that provide clear insights into sales, distribution, pricing, and promotional effectiveness. - Identify opportunities to automate reporting and streamline data workflows. - Lead the development and ongoing management of the national pricing strategy across RTD brands and markets. - Monitor pricing performance, margin health, and competitive dynamics across provincial markets. - Provide recommendations on pricing changes, promotional pricing, and trade investments to optimize profitability and competitiveness. - Manage variable budget allocation across brands, provinces, and key customers. - Develop processes to improve budget visibility, forecasting, and performance tracking. - Partner with finance and commercial teams to evaluate ROI and ensure investments are delivering against objectives. - Provide regular reporting and insights into leadership on budget performance and optimization opportunities. - Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across sales performance, consumer demand, and market dynamics. - Support strategic planning, forecasting, and annual planning processes with robust data analysis. - Act as a key analytical partner to partner marketing, sales, and finance teams. - Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development to a Business Analyst, building strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Set clear priorities and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of reporting and insights. - Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment with a focus on continuous improvement. - Support career development through regular feedback, mentoring, and growth planning.
