Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in CPG industry
- Direct experience in innovation, product development, new product launches or commercialization strongly preferred
- Result oriented. Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
- Demonstrated creative thinking and problem-solving abilities; Comfortable with ambiguity
- Passion for category trends, consumer behavior and uncovering insights that spark big ideas
- Exceptional communication, project management and collaboration skills
- Strong ownership mentality with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
