Position Summary The Lead Process Engineer is responsible for documenting, designing, and continuously optimizing the operating processes that power AIO Logic’s AXIS platform and its client implementations across the BFSI ecosystem. This role serves as the process architect at the intersection of: - BFSI domain experts (credit, collateral, servicing, accounting) - Product and Engineering teams - Client Implementation and Client Success teams The Lead Process Engineer’s mandate is to eliminate fragmentation across data, systems, roles, and workflows by translating real-world lender operations into automation-ready, auditable, and scalable process architectures embedded directly into AXIS.
