Position Summary The Lead Process Engineer is responsible for documenting, designing, and continuously optimizing the operating processes that power AIO Logic’s AXIS platform and its client implementations across the BFSI ecosystem. This role serves as the process architect at the intersection of: - BFSI domain experts (credit, collateral, servicing, accounting) - Product and Engineering teams - Client Implementation and Client Success teams The Lead Process Engineer’s mandate is to eliminate fragmentation across data, systems, roles, and workflows by translating real-world lender operations into automation-ready, auditable, and scalable process architectures embedded directly into AXIS. This is a foundational role in AIO Logic’s mission to transform BFSI operations from manual, people-dependent execution into a system-driven, automated operating model. Key Responsibilities AXIS Process Architecture & Operating Model Design - Own end-to-end process documentation and architecture across AXIS, including: - Loan origination, underwriting, and onboarding - Loan servicing, amendments, and lifecycle events - Borrowing base automation and ineligible analysis - Collateral monitoring (A/R, inventory, reserves, eligibility) - Financial spreading, portfolio analytics, and reporting - This role owns the execution of end-to-end delivery across all phases of deployment, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with both client objectives and AIO Logic’s strategic goals. Serving as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams, this role drives alignment, execution, and customer satisfaction for assigned client implementations throughout the deployment lifecycle.
