Leasing Sales Specialist – Dual Site

Sparrow Early Learning

• Lead the marketing, leasing and sales strategies for two communities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals by providing a high-quality prospect experience including qualifying and nurturing leads, impactful tours and thoughtful follow up • Manage sales pipelines and lead nurturing for two communities, prioritizing efforts based on leasing velocity, traffic trends, and occupancy goals • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and Community Managers to align weekly leasing strategies • Execute and tailor outreach marketing events to generate new leads and drive traffic to each community • Qualify prospects and conduct tours by establishing strong relationships to deeply understand their expectations and needs • Maintain a strong understanding of local comps and Sparrow’s unique differentiators/value proposition • Utilize CRM software to document and respond all leads in a timely manner including personalized and timely follow-up to nurture relationship and increase prospect interest • Ensure the community meets the Company’s standards for show quality by daily inspecting and communicating to the community’s maintenance team members • Provide hospitable and high-quality service to ensure a memorable experience for all • Achieve high community member satisfaction and retention by providing exemplary service and executing of our Lifestyle & Engagement program centered around the following pillars (Strengthen your Body, Sharpen your Mind, Share your Gifts) including sales event set up, tear down and encouraging participation by prospects, community members and ambassadors

Job Requirements

  • A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license
  • Minimum of 3+ years professional sales experience
  • Experience with lease-up properties in multifamily housing, Active Adult, or hospitality preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation; will coordinate Saturday coverage as a team; flexibility to work Saturdays, nights, and/or holidays when required
  • Experience using YARDI or other property management software
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Skilled in maintaining accurate and timely CRM documentation, application management, and lease execution
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; Experience in Canva preferred
  • Proactive approach to outreach marketing including networking, attending events, and social media management
  • Effective communication skills with a team player mindset and ability to build collaborative partnerships
  • Servant leader mindset and passionate about making a difference in other’s lives
  • Devoted sense of accountability and solution-oriented
  • Must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities; must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
