• Own end-to-end IT operations, increasing speed and consistency for onboarding, offboarding, laptop lifecycle, access management, and device security • Ensure reliable, scalable, and auditable IT processes as the company grows • Create a sense of urgency for the resolution of IT issues and act as the primary escalation point when there is friction • Partner with People Ops and Engineering to ensure seamless employee lifecycle support for our global and growing workforce • Partner with Engineering and Security to administer laptop refresh cycles, software provisioning, patching, and endpoint security controls • Own the relationship with our IT vendor(s), including performance management, SLAs, and cost effectiveness • Evaluate when to optimize, replace, or bring capabilities in-house as we scale • Own tooling decisions across identity, endpoint management, and IT automation (e.g., Google Workspace, Rippling, MDM tools) • Partner closely with Security and Engineering to ensure IT processes support SOC 2 / ISO / future compliance needs • Ensure controls are implemented practically, balancing risk mitigation with employee velocity • Maintain audit-ready evidence for IT-owned controls and workflows • Help evolve guardrails, automation, and policies so audits are predictable — not fire drills • Bring best practices from high-growth environments and apply them thoughtfully • Anticipate what IT needs to look like at 600–1,000 employees • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Influence without over-process — knowing when structure is necessary and when flexibility matters

• Act as a C-Suite Transformation Partner: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives (especially CIOs), aligning their strategic goals with our technical strategy and guiding them through their cloud modernization journey • Define and Design Technical Strategy: Lead the overall architecture, data, and cloud strategy for key accounts, designing innovative solutions that leverage enterprise modernization, capability mapping, and emerging technologies like Agentic AI • Drive Value Realization and Adoption: Create enterprise-level success plans to monitor KPIs, mitigate technical risks, and use governance to ensure customers achieve their business goals through solution adoption • Enable Internal Teams and Partners: Coach consulting teams and partners on complex implementation (architecture, performance, integration) and develop reusable assets, technical designs, and thought leadership content • Support the Full Customer Lifecycle: Engage with customer architecture and security teams during pre-sales and post-sales phases, acting as the technical bridge between client teams and our internal Product and Engineering organizations

- Provide daily technical support to internal remote teams. - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and access-related issues. - Maintain and update IT tools, systems, and user accounts. - Support setup and configuration of computers, networks, and SaaS platforms. - Ensure adherence to IT and data security best practices. - Collaborate with management to continuously improve IT processes.

• Own the entire enterprise integration strategy, defining how applications communicate, share data, and interoperate seamlessly. • Serve as the principal architect and technical governor for complex, high-impact technology initiatives. • Design, develop, and maintain the enterprise integration architecture (EIA) strategy, roadmap, and standards. • Review and approve high-level solution designs from project-level solution architects, ensuring they align with enterprise standards, security policies, and the long-term roadmap. • Proactively identify and resolve major architectural risks, conflicts, and dependencies between large projects. • Communicate and present complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
