Applied AI Solutions Architect – East Coast

LlamaIndex

• Lead technical evaluations, proofs of concept, and solution design sessions for enterprise prospects across a range of industries and use cases • Partner closely with AEs to de-risk deals, surface technical blockers early, and build credible paths to "yes" • Communicate complex AI and data infrastructure concepts clearly to both engineers and C-level stakeholders in the same conversation • Design and prototype solutions using LlamaIndex's platform that directly address customer requirements around accuracy, latency, cost, and scale • Represent the voice of the customer internally — feeding insights to Product and Engineering that sharpen the roadmap

Job Requirements

  • Strong engineering foundation with experience in AI/ML systems, data pipelines, or enterprise software architecture
  • Demonstrated ability to work in customer-facing technical roles — pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
  • Comfort operating under ambiguity: you can scope a problem, make reasonable assumptions, and move forward without waiting for perfect information
  • GTM instincts — you understand what it takes to build technical consensus across a buying committee
  • Clear, confident communicator who can translate system design trade-offs into business risk language for executives
