Senior Manager, FP&A

Pluralsight

• The Senior Manager of FP&A helps transform the support we provide our business functions • Reporting to the VP of FP&A • Work closely with senior leadership and operational teams • Perform financial analysis to support leadership's strategic decision making • Deliver analytics to drive short-term and long-term financial value • Identify, quantify, and recommend responses to business risks and opportunities • Build, manage, and streamline company-wide financial reporting and forecasting models • Provide regular financial performance and variance analytics reporting • Produce an Annual Operating Plan as a comprehensive projection of budgets, timelines, and KPIs • Maintain a Long Range Model aligned with mission for long-term strategy and investment • Serve as a strategic partner with peers to support and improve business processes and initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of 7 years of related or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of team learning experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong ability to work with and present to senior business leadership
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to evaluate and safeguard sensitive information
  • Understanding of regular budget and reporting cadence at month-end and quarter-end
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office/G Suite
  • Ability to build and maintain expansive financial models
  • MBA preferred
  • SaaS experience
  • Experience with Anaplan, Adaptive, NetSuite, Tableau, Workday and other SaaS financial software packages a plus, but not required.
