• Support and scale our go-to-market motion through strong financial analysis, pricing governance, and cross-functional partnership. • Review and structure sales deals to ensure compliance with pricing, discounting, revenue recognition, and contracting policies, providing guidance that optimizes revenue, mitigates risk, and supports forward deal momentum. • Support pricing and deal analysis by building and maintaining pricing workbooks and spreadsheets, validating deal economics, evaluating ROI considerations where applicable, and ensuring accuracy across quotes, order forms, and related deal terms for strategic customers. • Provide end-to-end deal desk support from quote to signature, including quote building, pricing and order form approvals, coordination of non-standard language requests, contract execution, opportunity closure, and ensuring pricing and commercial details are accurately captured across systems. • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and others to streamline the deal process, resolve deal blockers, and deliver timely, high-quality support. • Drive continuous improvement through financial analysis by monitoring go-to-market performance and pricing trends, identifying opportunities to strengthen commercial economics and execution efficiency, and partnering with GTM teams to ensure alignment with financial policies and objectives.

• Hire, train, mentor, and develop 13 Financial Planners supporting Client Development. • Manage planner capacity, workflow, and deadlines; create strategic plans to absorb future growth and increased demand for prospect proposals. • Serve as a CFP® practitioner, producing prospect financial plans to support client acquisition. • Motivate and lead the team, ensuring accountability, full capacity utilization, and high-quality output. Develop KPIs, KPI tracking, financial modeling and KPI reporting. Responsibilities involve strategy development, execution and reporting to senior management on sales driven financial outcomes. Prepare accurate financial reports and performance dashboards for management. • Design and implement process enhancements to unlock capacity, improve efficiency, and support process improvement. • The Finance Business Partner will play a strategic role in financial reporting, planning, analysis and decision-support, working across multiple business units. • This position partners closely with operational and commercial teams, providing financial insights that drive performance, efficiency and sustainable long-term growth. • Prepare and review financial statements, including the monthly close and account reconciliations. • Ensure all financial information is accurate, consistent and compliant with accounting and regulatory standards. • Participate in audits and fulfill compliance requirements, including the transition to IFRS. • Ensure tax compliance: support tax optimization reviews, manage processes for filing tax obligations, assist with audits and ensure adherence to applicable accounting and tax legislation. • Work with operational and commercial teams to turn financial analyses into actionable strategies. • Support business leaders with data-driven decisions related to pricing, budgeting, investments and cost optimization. • Challenge and influence strategic decisions, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and long-term growth. • Monitor and analyze KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities to improve performance. • Lead budget, forecast and variance analysis processes. • Prepare and present monthly management reports with key financial metrics, trends and performance drivers. • Support financial integration activities, including account mapping, implementation of reporting requirements and governance standards. • Ensure monthly reporting cadence, reviewing deliverables for completeness, quality and data accuracy.
