The AMS, Sales Operations Manager will be an experienced, high energy and positive team player with a variety of well-developed organizational and project management skills. You will be able to use sound judgment in the application of general business principles and demonstrate initiative in carrying out assigned duties in support of Commvault’s field sales and systems engineering teams across the AMS theatre of operations. Position Responsibilities include: Working directly with Senior Sales Leaders you will provide operations support in the following key areas: - Fiscal planning - Variable compensation - Reporting; Business Insights and analysis - Forecasting and Pipeline analytics - Validation of Salesforce (SFDC) data; crediting, territory assignments, opportunity record types - Review and validation of monthly variable compensation data - Provide analysis of data, make recommendations for improvement and assist in the compliance for the following: - Budget - Pipeline - Forecast - Performance - Specific Product Lines The responsibilities noted above are not exhaustive. There may be other responsibilities and ad-hoc duties on an as-needed basis - you're going to be able to bring your experience and ideas to the team to drive change and improvement across the region. Position Requirements include: - Proven experience within a broad sales operations role ideally with experience in the technology sector - Strong time management and project management skills. - Strong analytical skills - High sense of urgency, excellent follow-up - Exceptional problem-solving abilities - Detail oriented and proactive - Effective written and verbal communications skills - Strong experience with territory management and fiscal planning - Knowledge of Microsoft Access and Salesforce.com.
