• Negotiate vendor contracts • Manage escalations and collaborate across teams • Provide counsel to the business • Stay up to date on changes in laws and regulations • Evaluate risk factors impacting business decisions • Communicate and negotiate with external parties • Roll up sleeves and take on tasks in a collaborative approach • Build a team and execute day-to-day tasks • Address other ad-hoc or specialized legal issues
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience
- JD degree from an accredited school
- Experience negotiating SaaS agreements
- Direct experience with a variety of legal matters
- Strong negotiating skills with both legal and financial/commercial issues
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of contract & corporate law and procedures
- Willingness to support teammates across a range of time zones
- Demonstrated ability to create legal strategies
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
