Role Description This position is a remote, work from home position, specific for candidates living in Singapore. Some travel may be required for client meetings or other internal meetings, conferences, etc. Acceleration Partners is accepting applications for our Strategic Growth department. We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager with partnerships/affiliate experience in the APAC region, specifically knowledge of the Chinese market, to support the growth and strategy of some of our enterprise clients. The Senior Manager of Curriculum reports to the Director of Curriculum and builds project-based, AI-forward curricula that inspires girls, female-identifying, and non-binary students to become changemakers in tech. Specifically, they will play a critical role in a new strategic project to develop and scale direct-to-student learning experiences that build critical thinking skills alongside technical ones, center social and community learning, and prepare young people for careers in tech and tech-adjacent fields. They will also own a smaller portfolio of existing programmatic curriculum and manage a team of consultants and/or part time staff. The ideal candidate has at least six (6) years of professional experience and proven success in developing standards-aligned, responsive STE(A)M or CS curriculum for a wide range of middle and/or high school students. This is a role for an educator with managerial experience, a highly creative curriculum builder with strong editorial instincts. They can joyfully and fluidly move between creating, supervising and collaborating, demonstrating skills to scope a project with precision, sequence complex material for different age groups, make confident decisions about what belongs and what doesn't, and communicate with care and clarity. Responsibilities As a member of the Curriculum Team, you will be tasked with supporting all present and future Girls Who Code educational initiatives and programs.
