Operations Center Cloud Technician I
Availity
• Supports hardware and software installation, configuration, operation and ongoing maintenance of the computer/data center. • Operates, monitors and performs basic troubleshooting of equipment, networks, and data processing/batching. • Assists with logging and documentation of equipment and processes. • Responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and assisting in the maintenance of complex cloud-based production systems. • Monitoring dashboards and alerting, documenting knowledge, managing major incident logistics and working with business partners to deliver high quality service.
Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent work experience
- 4+ Years relevant work experience
- Minimum 1+ year’s work experience operating in an on-call environment preferred
- Minimum 1+ year’s work experience operating in a cloud-based production environment
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
- Splunk Query Language skills a plus
- Ability to manage significant volume of alerts
- Ability to multitask and reprioritize tasks dependent on the changing situation
- Ability to interact with senior leadership during major incidents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
