Role Description The Scheduling Assistant is a part-time, fully remote contractor role supporting scheduling operations across marketing and cross-functional teams. This position plays a critical role in ensuring calendars, launch timelines, and internal coordination remain aligned and executed efficiently. This role will work closely with leadership to coordinate schedules, manage requests, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are properly tracked and communicated.
