Patient Engagement Marketing Manager
Cadence Solutions
• Drive Patient Engagement at Scale: You will own patient marketing strategy and execution to drive enrollment, activation, and retention across Cadence’s remote care programs. You’ll design and launch multi-channel campaigns—including email, SMS, print, web, live outreach, and co-branded partner channels—that motivate patients to take action and stay engaged in their care. • Build a Trusted Marketing Engine: You’ll work cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Product, Partnerships, GTM IT, and Activations teams to align on goals and execute across the patient journey. You’ll translate patient needs and partner insights into scalable, repeatable engagement strategies, including co-marketing campaigns with health system partners. • Deliver Insight-Driven Impact: You’ll define success metrics and own reporting for patient marketing initiatives. Using data and feedback loops, you’ll continuously refine messaging, channels, and tactics to improve engagement and outcomes. You’ll communicate performance and insights clearly to stakeholders. • Deliver High-Quality, Compliant Experiences: You’ll ensure every patient touchpoint is timely, accurate, and aligned with Cadence’s brand and clinical standards. This includes developing clear, compassionate communications and patient education content (e.g., blogs, program materials) that build trust and reinforce Cadence as an extension of care.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience owning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns in HealthTech, Health Systems, or healthcare SaaS.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making and campaign optimization
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, patient-friendly messaging
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing stakeholders, including external partners
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes and systems from the ground up
