• Act as project manager for full-team marketing activities, ensuring timely delivery of assets and tasks necessary for integrated campaign execution. • Maintain campaign workflows, calendars, project boards, and task management processes within Monday.com. • Help ensure marketing deliverables are organized, tracked, and completed according to established timelines in Monday.com. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support the timely execution of marketing initiatives and maintain visibility across marketing projects. • Ensure team members are meeting committed deadlines and that deliverables are appropriately catalogued. • Maintain rigorous documentation, organization, and stakeholder communications across all marketing programs. • Partner across the full marketing team to support the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns across digital channels. • Set-up campaigns in SFDC and connect data to other systems as needed. • Support digital marketing initiatives across social media, digital advertising platforms, and marketing distribution channels. • Schedule and publish social media content across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube. • Assist with the preparation and coordination of campaign assets to support integrated marketing programs. • Schedule calls for webinar dry runs, add speaker details, and run live webinars as requested. • Identify relevant swag items or incentives as part of campaigns. • Support events team with tasks when needed.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS in Marketing or Business Administration, or equivalent working experience
  • 2-3 years of marketing or project management experience, ideally coordinating marketing programs or campaign operations
  • Working knowledge of social media marketing channels and digital content distribution
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using a project management system like Monday.com (strongly preferred) or Asana
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional workstreams and multiple projects simultaneously
