Kiteworks is seeking a highly motivated and experienced software sales professional to join our team as a Channel Account Manager in the West, US region. This role will report directly to our VP, Global Channels. What You'll Do - Drive regional growth by building and managing a robust, partner-led sales pipeline - Secure and close strategic deals with key partners, securing high-value strategic enterprise deals between key partners and customers. - Develop and enhance relationships with existing Kiteworks resellers. - Identify, recruit and develop relationships with prospective new reseller partners. - Co-sell alongside reseller reps and support partner go to market activities - Achieve revenue targets and other KPIs - Conduct sales enablement and training with reseller partners - Conduct quarterly partner performance reviews What You'll Bring - Candidates should live in the California or Colorado - 5+ years experience working at a channel partner organization preferred. - Strong sales background - Proven sales ability including pricing, relationship building, and management, consultative selling - Hands-on individual, self-starter - Experience selling enterprise security software and services; cloud-enabled file-sharing solutions is a plus. - Creative thinking and problem-solving. Strong human and interpersonal skills. - Excellent communication skills are a must - Can operate with a high degree of independence within agreed policies, targets, and budgets - Enjoys working in a team environment - Some travel is required for closing sales as well as industry and partner events. (40%) Compensation Range - Annual Base Salary Range: $130,000 – $145,000 - Base pay depends on many factors, such as location, education, experience, and skills. Base pay is only one part of Kiteworks competitive Total Rewards package that can include benefits, perks, equity, and bonuses. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Benefits - Medical: Three Cigna plans (PPO250, EPO, HDHP3300); employees pay 10% of premiums for the PPO and EPO plans and no premium contribution for the HDHP plan. - HSA: Company contributes $1,200–$2,400/year for HDHP enrollees - Dental & Vision: Fully employer-paid (Cigna/EyeMed) - FSA: Healthcare FSA ($3,400) and Dependent Care FSA ($7,500) - 401(k): 100% match on first 75% of deferred compensation, capped at $5,000; immediately vested - Life & Disability: Fully employer-paid; BasicLife/AD&D (1× salary up to $200K), STD (60% salary for non-CA employees and 20% for CA employees up to $2,500/week), LTD (60% salary up to $12,500/month) - Parental Leave: 8 weeks for non-birthing parents;16 weeks for birthing parents (100% base salary)
