Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources

- Minimum of 3 years compliance experience with working knowledge of US employment law
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to coach managers on leadership, management, operational, employee and talent issues

This role will focus on recruiting physicians and APP talent, communicating market trends, leveraging data and technology to improve recruitment strategies.Essential Functions - Recruitment Strategic Partnership: You will collaborate with hiring leadership to understand recruitment needs and develop Physician and APP talent recruitment strategies that align with the organization’s goals. - Talent Planning: You will develop and implement short and long-term hiring plans, considering immediate as well as future needs with industry standards in mind. - Sourcing and Attraction: Creating a proactive, targeted approach to find the best fit for the specific needs of the organization. This includes evaluating current physician staffing levels and utilizing various recruitment channels to hire both active and passive physician and app candidates. Also incorporating a Diverse recruitment channel that’s consistently utilized for each role. Networking, attending conferences, conducting social media outreach, creating online job boards campaigns as well as partnering with local physician leaders on referrals and virtual doc talks are expected. - Managing Candidate Experience: Creating a positive and transparent process from initial contact to onboarding, focusing on communication, respect, and efficiency. Supporting and streamlining the application process, offering personalized interactions, and showcasing the organization's culture and values. - Recruitment Data, Reporting and Technology: Leverage data, technology – all talent intelligence tools, generate YTD/YOY reports, analyze data to track the performance of hiring initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Provides data and reporting for current state analysis. - Success Measured: Achieve long-term Recruitment KPI’s for Physician & APP roles.
