Elevate Your Career at Iron Mountain As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting a high-value client and ensuring a high-touch client experience. In this role, you will oversee the redeployment and lifecycle management of IT assets, support short-term project execution, and coordinate internal and external logistics across a large-scale, multi-site operation. You’ll be key in managing asset returns, processing, and redeployment, while ensuring tight coordination with internal processing centers and client stakeholders. A significant part of your responsibility will be directing logistical traffic and managing the movement of assets across a large network of sites. What We Offer - Remote opportunity - FULL BENEFITS – Starting Day 1 - Flexible Vacation Policy - 401(k) with Company Match & Employee Stock Purchase Program - Tuition Reimbursement Key Responsibilities - Client interface for customer service handling of Inventory Control and Asset Decommissioning; including destruction and applicable security requirements. - Manage Asset tracking and reporting for the Life-cycle management of assets, including decommission and destruction, and security certification attainment. - Manage third party vendors for warranty management and process improvement associated with asset disposal; including Client Revenue Share Process. - Client interface for project management of new bank sites: including asset tracking and deployment, along with management of third party vendors. - Create and provide Statement of Work summary for building closures, restacks and consolidations. Other Responsibilities: - Facilitate weekly meeting with client to review Documentation and Change Management. - Assist client with process improvement associated with shipping, resulting in reduction of shipping costs, and increased asset control. - Weekly meeting with Project Manager and client regarding new install schedule, documenting actions, owners, and timelines. - Management of monthly client invoicing and third party vendor management. - Monthly client project reporting relating to costs associated with asset deployment and decommissioning. - Conduct monthly Customer Satisfaction survey, with focus on results associated with delivery improvements. - Initiate and oversee client onsite visits and physical audits of Client Supply Product, IT Asset Disposition/Disposal: including documented actions, timelines, and owners, for client approval.
