• Build and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics that track outbound activity, outreach performance, opportunity creation, pipeline health, and closed-won revenue. • Hold all net new sales team members accountable to performance standards and KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement of daily and weekly outbound outreach goals. • Analyze sales outreach metrics, including contact rates, reply rates, meetings booked, conversion rates, and sales cycle progression to improve prospecting effectiveness. • Identify trends across target accounts, verticals, and customer segments to refine territory strategy, account prioritization, and go-to-market execution. • Develop KPI frameworks and scorecards focused on sales activity and outcomes, including prospecting performance, new logo acquisition, pipeline generation, and revenue attainment. • Create scalable sales playbooks, workflows, and tools that improve team productivity, strengthen outbound strategy, and increase forecasting accuracy. • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations that support sales coaching, leadership decision-making, and continuous process improvement. • Partner with Marketing and Operations to align campaign performance, lead flow, and sales priorities with company growth objectives. • Support onboarding and ongoing enablement with data-backed training, competitive insights, messaging support, and best practices for driving new business.
