This role plays a key support function across sales, affiliate marketing, email operations, and campaign execution. You will assist in managing brand partnerships, executing sold placements, maintaining affiliate relationships, coordinating email marketing initiatives, and ensuring all campaigns are delivered accurately and on time. Responsibilities Sales Support & Revenue Operations - Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in executing the sales lifecycle after deal approval. - Draft, send, track, and file Insertion Orders (IOs). - Assist in preparing media kits, decks, performance metrics, and rate cards for prospective clients. - Maintain organized outreach documentation, deal trackers, and pipeline documents. - Build campaign recaps and case studies for future pitches. - Assist in client communication related to timelines, deliverables, and reporting. - Help track unpaid invoices and coordinate billing follow-ups internally.
