Role Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Market Access Manager - North of Italy to join Norgine. The person holding this position will report to the Market Access Manager. - Manage regional market access activities for Norgine’s portfolio, ensuring alignment with local regulations and facilitating patient access through collaboration with healthcare authorities and stakeholders. - Monitor and report changes in the regional market access landscape that may impact the company’s portfolio, and adapt strategies accordingly. - Develop and implement value-added initiatives in collaboration with scientific societies, payers, healthcare professionals, patient associations, and regional institutions. - Conduct market research, expert panels, and targeted studies to enhance awareness of Norgine’s therapeutic areas and products, in coordination with cross-functional teams. - Maintain and strengthen professional relationships with key regional stakeholders to optimize product access and positioning. - Provide strategic support to internal departments on market access-related matters. - Develop and implement regional market access strategies and plans to secure patient access to Norgine’s portfolio. - Engage and manage key regional stakeholders to support product access and positioning. - Lead and contribute to cross-functional teams to align market access activities with broader business goals. - Collect and generate local health economic data to support access initiatives. - Establish and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders and policymakers to facilitate product adoption at the regional and local levels. - Identify partnership opportunities with regional decision-makers that lead to value-added projects aligned with Norgine’s strategic objectives. - Act as the single point of contact for all regional market access matters across internal functions. - Leverage deep understanding of regional access requirements, evolving healthcare environments, and future trends to inform national strategies and planning. - Monitor the regional healthcare landscape to identify developments, competitor activities, or other events that may impact market access for Norgine’s portfolio. - Provide guidance and support to internal teams on market access topics and local regulatory frameworks. - Manage resources efficiently to ensure effective execution of regional market access activities. - Adhere to Norgine compliance policies as well as applicable compliance laws (Legislative Decree 231/2001 and to the extent applicable, Legislative Decree 24/2023 and Law 62/2022), sector codes for promotional practices and data protection laws. Qualifications - Degree in scientific, economic, or related disciplines (Master’s in Market Access, Health Economics, or Public Affairs preferred). - Experience in similar roles within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. - In-depth knowledge of Italian healthcare regulations and regional reimbursement and purchasing processes. - Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. - Strong team player with a cross-functional mindset and results-oriented approach. - Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned territory.
