Role Description Au sein de la direction des systèmes d’information et sous l’autorité du responsable, l’agent assure l’exploitation, l’administration et l’évolution des infrastructures systèmes et applicatives de la collectivité. Le poste conserve une dominante opérationnelle et technique, avec un niveau d’autonomie et d’expertise adapté au cadre d’emplois du candidat retenu. - Exploitation et administration des systèmes - Administrer et maintenir les environnements serveurs physiques et virtuels (Windows, Linux) - Gérer l’Active Directory, les droits d’accès et les stratégies de sécurité - Superviser le bon fonctionnement des infrastructures (serveurs, stockage, sauvegardes, outils collaboratifs, outils d’administration, certificats, antivirus, licences, abonnements) - Organiser et superviser les tâches d’exploitation confiées aux partenaires et prestataires - Traiter les incidents de niveau 2 et 3 et assurer leur résolution durable - Garantir les performances, assurer la disponibilité des systèmes et leur sécurité - Sécurisation et fiabilisation des infrastructures - Mettre en œuvre les bonnes pratiques de cybersécurité et appliquer les référentiels internes - Participer à l’analyse des vulnérabilités et proposer des actions correctives, gérer les risques - Contribuer aux dispositifs de sauvegarde, de continuité et de reprise d’activité - Assurer une veille technologique afin d’anticiper les évolutions nécessaires - Développement, automatisation et amélioration continue - Développer et maintenir des scripts et outils d’automatisation afin d’optimiser l’exploitation - Formaliser des procédures techniques et documenter les architectures existantes - Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus internes (gestion des incidents, changements) - Proposer des optimisations techniques visant à renforcer la performance et la fiabilité du SI - Participation aux projets techniques - Contribuer aux projets d’évolution des infrastructures et outils numériques - Réaliser ou encadrer les installations, paramétrages et mises en production - Participer aux phases de tests et de validation technique - Rédiger des éléments techniques dans le cadre des marchés publics si nécessaire - Appui au support et continuité de service - Apporter un appui technique au support utilisateurs sur les problématiques complexes - Suppléer le technicien support en cas d’absence pour le traitement des demandes urgentes - Accompagner les agents dans l’appropriation des outils numériques Qualifications - Diplôme BAC +2 à BAC + 5 dans le domaine informatique des systèmes et réseaux - Maîtrise des environnements physiques et virtuels Windows et Linux - Administration Active Directory - Systèmes en mode hébergé et méthodes spécifiques de sécurisation - Connaissance approfondie des concepts et techniques d’architecture des systèmes, des réseaux et de leur sécurité - Maîtriser les outils d’automatisation des systèmes Requirements - Avoir le sens de la gestion, de la coordination et de l’organisation - Maîtriser les méthodes de la conduite de projet et les techniques de gestion des risques - Maîtriser les règles d’achat public de la définition des besoins à la réalisation - Savoir conduire une négociation en interne et en externe - Savoir rédiger des procédures et des notes techniques dans son domaine d’activité Benefits - Être autonome, rigoureux, faire preuve de discrétion, avoir le sens du service - Savoir travailler en équipe, être concerné par les activités du service - Savoir s’adapter aux consignes et exigences en matière de cybersécurité - Être curieux des nouvelles technologies - Avoir le sens des responsabilités, savoir prendre des décisions - Résilience aiguë afin de surmonter les pannes et proposer une solution adéquate - Être pédagogue, savoir s’exprimer devant un public
